A special thank you to a lady who has posted her experience. I took her advise about being persistant and it paid off. I put in a link to the post. Not sure if it will work.

It has taken me over 2 months and many many email, but they finally have refunded all the $ they took $712.95US.

The secret, be persistant, in other words a pest! Once you reach a real person at a phone number, obtain the cancellation numbers for all the orders received/shipped. An email is sent to you, the game begins! Keep replying to this email with your cancellation numbers and exactly how much you want refunded. You will receive many emails stating no, you agreed to the terms and conditions of the website, etc, etc, be persistant, keep sending them the same information back. AFTER MANY email, (about 5 a week), they finally relented and said they would pay only half. They sent an email advising that amount would be given back to my credit card. This email was different, the [email protected] email address (the one on the website, that never would work) was on this email. I logged a new complaint for the balance of my money and today Ocotber 14th (this all started on July 22) they have sent a confirmation email advising that all amounts are/willbe refunded. The first refund has already been processed.in 7 days the balance will be refunded.
My last post was 74 days ago! I have also contacted the media and will be speaking with them after Oct 20th about how this company plays an emotional game and misleads there customers.

Cancelling your CCR will not work as according to the credit card company, you have agreed to participate (even though this company misleads you in the way they have designed their website). I cancelled my card and they issued me a new one and the billing of the next order was transfered to the new card. You MUST get a cancellation number in order for the 'game' to start. Once you are in, be strong, don't give up, keep at them. The automatic emails are setup to respond within 24 to 36 hours. Once you hit the magic number, they agree to refund you.

My final email, that I just kept resending until they agreed.

As indicated in previous communications with you. I did not agree to the terms you say I did. Your site is designed to mislead people with the way you are advertising your product and at no time is the consumer aware of the terms and conditions you say they agree to.

I suggest that in order to provide excellent customer service, you are honest in your dealings with the consumer and introduce some integrety into your organization. At the time of checkout your terms and conditions should be setup to be viewed and accepted (as all other reputable companies do) and the contact numbers provided are working numbers so people can cancel easily.

Review my claim again and refund the balance of what you have taken and live up to what your terms and conditions of the terms and conditions of your site.

You still owe me 118.63US x 3 = 355.89 and graciously await your reply stating that you will refund those moneys as well as the ones stated in the following email. Cancelation Numbers: ACAI - 40454759 Cleanse - 40454822 Aci Ex - 40455147
