I ordered online without intending to and cancelled the order but the product was shipped to me 10/26/09, and my account charged $108.97.

I returned the product and requested a refund but recieved none. I sent them an email in April and they did not reply.

Alex Saparata Website doesn't ship product and when you try to cancel they tell you they will ship you a different product or you can receive a refund. Then they clip you for 10% and call it a restocking fee
