I ordered the free trial from Smokingeverywhere for their electronic cigarette and paid the shipping charge of $9.95. Upon arrival of the electronic cigarette, I was not satisfied and I immediately called and talked with Melody, who assured me that once the cigarette was returned I would no longer be billed. I shipped electronic cigarette back the next day, however on September 24th, I received notification from PayPal that my account had been billed for $49.99 from them. I immediately contacted them again and spoke with Ami, who assured me, and I would no longer be charged and my money would be refunded. On 27th of September, I received a call from Rita stating that my shipment was ready to be shipped. I informed her that I requested my account be canceled, do not ship the product, and that I had also recently spoke with Ami., who said that my account would be canceled and a refund issued.
