The lady at customer service with the namebadge of Paulette Bonner has definitely an attitude problem. She started by just staring at the customers. No greeting, no smiles. The 1st question she asked was "What are we doing here?" instead of "how can I help you?" When I pushed the bag closer for her to see, she refused to look into it and just asked "how many (pieces) are you getting refunded?" Why am I made to feel that I did something wrong and that I was a very unwelcome customer there? I hope it's not because of my skin color. Report Dec. 30.
