HI, I cancelled my service in August 08. I received 2 bills, 1 at the end of August and one at the end of September stating that you received all of the devices and payments from me. No statement in October or NOvember.in December 08 I received a statement stating that I owe $80 due to some pay per view movies. This is not true and I do not believe that those charges belong to me. I always ordered all I wanted online and the system never allowed charges directly on the box and you want to come back now and charge me. This is not right. Now I am calling and no supervisor is available to speak.
