Frank Jackson - United National Legal Department
So first, my mom and a my friend were contacted by this United National Legal Department (they happened to be the references on a credit application) I had moved, therefore my information had changed.
The guy (Frank Jackson), who has an indian or pakastain accent, tells you that you have an outstanding pay day loan... And that it must be paid in full with in 4 hours, or the police will be at your door.
HOWEVER... They will only take a credit, debit or prepaid card as payment.
NO checks, certified checks, money orders, western union.
They have all your info, employer, address, social security, date of birth etc.
In the end... Its a HUGE scam, and i have read numerous reports that are similar to my own situation. I called the FBI, FTC... Filed compliants.
To prove it is a scam...
I called Frank Jackson back. And disguised my voice and told him I was Mrs. Doubtfire (from the movie), that I had received a voice mail that I owe some money on a loan. After a 2 min hold, he came back, mysteriously found Mrs. Doubtfires file, and told me that she owed 1021. To be paid in full within 3 hours, or bad things would happen.
