Alibaba Alibaba Gold Suppliers Year 1

If you want to purchase products from alibaba.com and believe that because they are "Gold Suppliers", they can be trusted, don't buy into this.
When you find prices too good to true, check out the status of their "gold supplier" on alibaba's and if they are a 1st year Gold Supplier, the liklihood that they will scam you is greater than 90% if they accept only Western Union, TTL, moneygrams, and other ways of paying that you are not protected against fraud.
When I checked out gold suppliers I had saved from over a year ago, they were not in business with the same name. They simply ripped off enough money that even if they had to pay alibaba.com thousands of dollars for their Gold Supplier seal and thousands of dollars for listing fees, it's a drop in the bucket againts the millions they will receive in one year. It's by far the worse ripoff in the world.
Listed as the owners of most ripoff sites is a single female, which is obvious because there are no real credits to check, and when they open as a new company they find someone else to list as the owner.
Alibaba does accept the fees from 1st year suppliers and does not validate any of the information from 1st year suppliers. If you read Alibaba's comments about Gold Supplier verification, they actually say that they will not guarantee the companies or the verification process.
The amount of revenue 1st year gold suppliers pay for their membership and listing fees are well into the billions each year.
Most 1st year suppliers will tell you that they only accept Western Union, moneygrams, and bank drafts. And most will not accept paypal.
Products like the MacBook pro 17" with top loaded hardware selling for $500-$900 are not genuine as they say. You will receive nothing or a laptop with only the name.
If you must do business on alibaba, then make sure to order a sample before committing to a large order.
Most brand name products they sell are either non-existent or an inferior knockoffs.
And don't believe the pictures they send of their "workplace" or "factory".
It's unfortunate that alibaba turns a deaf ear to what is going on; but don't for one minute think that they are clueless to what is really going on. All they care is that they get their membership fees and listing fees. If alibaba is paid for their services, then that customer is valued for a year; even if all they do is ripoff foreign buyers.
Brand name clothing, shoes, watches, electronic goods, etc will sometimes send products to their customers, but they are "knockoffs" and you risk them being seized when found at U.S. Customs.
Always check out the company you are wanting to do business with carefully. If you envision a huge business from products you find, try to visit the factory to make sure they actually exist. If you cannot afford to make a trip, I can check into it for you.
"If it sounds too good to be true... It is!"
