I pay my Verizon phone bill online & do not review the billing statement as carefully as I should - and now will (and recommend to everyone to do likewise.) This company has billed me $14.95 since January for a "Residential Email" service that I have never (and would never) apply for. When calling the company, different people answer but use the same name - I have been assured of a refund, but nothing has happened yet and I expect to be dealing with this for some time. They have a bogus, jumbled hotmail email address that they said was used (I have no idea what or how) to sign up for this service, and I believe they just pull phone numbers from nowhere and start applying the service charge. I am posting this everywhere I can, and assure others to do the same.
