I feel so stupid. I am just another in a long line to have a problem with this company and can find no where that there is a phone number or email to express my problem to. Software

I, like a lot of others I see on this site, purchased software from paratologic. I have problems making it work and searched for a site, phone number, or some way to contact them to get an explanation and found no number ot tech support site anywhere on their customer service site. Now I have a product with a problem and no way to get assistance
