Let me start off by saying I will never make another purchase at the Tyler or Longview store. Those people are so rude and the managment in Longview is unreal. That bald headed young guy call his self a Store Manager who ever hired him was on drugs. He is the rudest person I have ever met wonder if he have a family if so they should leave him. I was helped by several people in that store and all of a sudden he comes out of no where and take all my help away being that i did not buy i was just asking questions mind you i spent well over 8000 dollors with them due to house burning down and I had complaints due to my funiture coming in damange and the owners just sat their butt on my money no help what so ever. I am very mad and i did take my business else where and if I can help it I have already put a notice in the Thirfty Nickel and Longview News Journal to never go there I hope that this helps someone.
