Ashley Furniture has many integrity issues. They recently got new management and fired and lost many people. My main complaint is about the hiring process.
I was recently hired by Ashley Furniture. I passed my background check and my drug screen came back with a positive even though i don't use drugs. I was not giving an opportunity to retest at my cost or anything. They don't believe that the testing company could be wrong.
My research shows first I have a right to a re-test at my cost, Second urine analisys is on 35% accurate. I have been looking for a job for a while and to not get my chance to show that it was innaccurate. I can test clean anytime and think this is accusing me of doing something that i don't. It really upsets me because of my reputation and their integrity in there company which shows they don't have much
