Call to confirm order stating that the order has already been placed in previous years and that the individual is not buying anything new only confirming information.
Second call is recorded in which they confirm info and ask about a PO. When no PO is given they use individuals name in that box on the invoice. This company is very decptive in thier handling of the calls and make it very difficult to get off the phone without some kind of remark to give them the edge on the second call.
