This company calls you to verify your company's address for their business registry listings. Not until you've hung up the phone... Then receive an invoice for $400.00 do you realize that the verification of your businesses address just cost you $400!
The telemarketer makes you think that you are merely verifying your address so that they may list it in their registry... All the while, unbeknownst to you, your merely replying "Yes that information is correct" has just cost your company $400.00
Very underhanded and outrageous practice.
