In Sept i used the service of Intelius for a person search for a friend of mine.
Next thing i know my bank account had several $19.95 & $24.95 charges that i never authoried from Intelius and Valmax. I contacted my bank and they state due to me giving my information to Intelius they automaticaly signed me up for services i never wanted and gave my information to valmax and started ripping me off for these monthly charges for service i never agreed to. My bank had to cancel my card because they have my information and are unable to stop the transaction. My bank stated that later when the funds would have been removed from my account i would have to file a claim to retrieve my money.
I have since called intelius and valmax and ripped them a new one, and demanded they cancel what ever service they had signed me up for without my knowledge to stop at once and to refund my money back. This is a theft in everyway. I dont know who they these people are able to get away with this. I will never use intelius again and notify all my friends and family and anyone who will listen not to use them. These people need to be shut down and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
