Today and every time I shop in the Vons store on Horizon Ridge and I95 in Henderson, NV I am asked how I am getting on and feeling. It used to surprise me at first that any of the clerks and box persons would remember anything about me, but they do. They remember a while back when I walked in a few days after a surgery looking pitiful, took notice and went out of their way to help me carry out my two small bags of groceries and to this day, no matter how busy, they continue to do the same and I am even visably doing much better getting around than before. I have never anywhere experienced such a warm friendly appreciative environment. Way to go Vons! You must be doing something right to bring out the best in your staff. I will continue to shop with Vons and enjoy your staff at every opportunity. Thanks so much!
