I was in your Moorpark Vons (Store # 1735) I have been a loyal customer for many years.in the last 2 years, this store has taken a dramatic turn for the worse. The store is never clean. Almost always understaffed, an overall feeling of unease can be felt throughout the store.
I would like to formally complain about Paula Hill. Ms. Hill is a cashier with an absolutely horrible temperment, this became clearly evident about 3 days ago, as I was standing in line at Starbucks to purchase my afternoon coffee. I witnessed Ms. Hill absolutely screaming at a customer, telling the (paying) customer he had no right to be in the store. I was absolutely shocked, and disheartened by what I had witnessed.
I would like to feel safe, and comfortable, when I shop at your store. However, I did not complete my transaction that day, and I will no longer shop at your Moorpark location, if Ms. Hill is working. There needs to be some serious action taken. Your prompt attention to this matter is much appreciated. Thank You.
