I shop in Vons about four times a week, spending thousands of dollars each year... Most of the time the employees are plesant and helpful. Today was the exception and clerk was named MARTHA. My husband and I had to bag all our groceries and at the end of the transaction she tossed the receipt on the counter. I told her she should say "thank you"... Her response was "I should talk to the manager... It was not her problem..." When I asked to speak to the manager I was told he was gone and would not return until next week... And the asst. Manager was gone too. Sound funny? Terrible customer service... Terrible employee... She needs to find the unemployment line.
