i have opened my account for broadband surfing. I asked to pay rs. 250 for the same, than the site < facebook> was not getting opened, than asked to wait 10 min. So that he can get adobe flashplayer installed. For this he (prashant) kept waiting for 2.25 hr. Than also he failed than iasked my money back he refund me rs. 125 and only this he can refund and other 125 he hasn't refund me. Than i asked manager to give head office no. He refused to give no. And told me complain it no body takes any action and also abused me. You are doing nothing but exploiting the coustmer.
