I paid by check 99.98 plus tax for the Elektro-Karb starter kit, on 7/23/09 I mailed and never received anything

Hi, as I briefly stated, I sent for the Elektro Karb Starter kit as discribed in the pamplet sent by elektrokarb. I mailed out a check for 99.98 plus tax as promoted, on the 23rd of July. Its been 5 weeks and recieved nothing but the cashed check on my monthly statement from my bank. Isnt that special. Thats it in a nutshell, and If I ever find Mr. So called Arthur Gordy, I have a bonus payment I can only give him in person. He will love it, and I will expect nothing in return just as his product.
