Hi, as I briefly stated, I sent for the Elektro Karb Starter kit as discribed in the pamplet sent by elektrokarb. I mailed out a check for 99.98 plus tax as promoted, on the 23rd of July. Its been 5 weeks and recieved nothing but the cashed check on my monthly statement from my bank. Isnt that ...
