PECO has been fighting with me because I am unable financally to pay my bills in full. I did make several attempts tomake a deal but my monthly finances of $158.00 every two weeks only allows me to send so much. We lost our home and all of our belongings but everytime I was able to send a substanial amount to PECO & PGW I did it ASAP. Unfortunately, I am treated as less than a human being because of my finacances. I would like to see how they would like to be addressed like that when in a situation like mine. I am praying that my disability lawyer will be able to settle my claim in my favor within a short amount of time. I have extreme breathing issues that require the use of a nubulizer daily with abuteral and xpennox to open my lungs. I do not expect to live for nothing but I do except some understanding. I have always paid my bills but now I need some asistance which I know exsists for others. Well, now I need it. I have contacted every organization for the past four months. I was even granted $500 by New Kenningston Services (Labor Day Weekend). I was granted a hardship (Anthony) via Mayor Nutter's Office Priority #2545295. I have yet to receive that grant. I called back @ the end of June and was told their are no funds and the woman hung up. I can't take living like this anymore. My daughter and I need so many things and I am constantly worried about food and utilities. Why can'tr they accept what I can afford until my situation gets better? Please help us. We are just trying to survive. I am a college graduate. Don't you think I am going crazy being useless @ home. I live in constant agony. Please help us soon.
