Disregard for Customers Situation & Mistreatment

To begin with, Peco is tottaly oblivious to the current economic conditions as it effects the average customer. Unlike any other business, they are a monopoly, regardless of what Co. You buy your power from IT ALL COMES FROM PECO, they own the power, the transmission lines, transformers, poles, and, guess who is called if you have a service problem? Thats right PECO. So much for fair trade. This means a person has little recourse if a billing problem arises.

Somebody answer this question: Why do I have to make a payment in cash at some sleazy payment location when I offered to make a payment with a debit card which means Peco gets their money immediatly, and it is verified by the bank. I think I know the answer, it is to PUNISH the customer for being late, that is the only possible reason. The customer service employees are nothing more than pre programmed robots who could not answer a question that was not on the canned pitch sheet. As usual, the struggeling to survive citizen gets stomped on again. That is my story and I am sticking to it.
