I walk into Lowes Frankfort needed some material to build a church front entrance, three times I had to cime in and find out where was my order why wasn't the order taken care of they had the blueprint.
The 3rd time I ask this person Eddie that I would like to know where is my material. He looked my me and stated with a don't care look and walk away.
Remember this was the 3rd person that had no answer. So I call the manager of the store and explain to him, He stated this isn't the way we do things so he got a person from a difference department to handle this problem Bill Young this guy was a professional, he got the blueprint and put the figures together problem solve, he is a very good communicator with a positive approach. This guy should gives your staff a listen in how to handle people.
