Ordered a new Bikini for my wife. Waited and waited for delivery. Company told me it was not there problem for late delivery and out of their hands. I should contact U.P.S.!! Eventually U.P.S. Said could not find us so moved the problem to Parcel force U.K. Again look swim wear were not bothered and not their problem. Eventually Parcel force wrote telling me to pay Tax and aditional handling fee of £22.00! Again Look swim wear said "Tuff luck". With all other companies I purchase from I have never had such poor service or been charged extra fees. There are lots more bikini companies out there like Wicked Weasel and Malibu strings. Unlike Look swim wear these give great service.
