This website refuses to carry small sizes of two peice swim wear giving the excuse that it promotes teen sexuality. They then go so far as to ask the public to not support the industry by buying junior swimwear.
What they fail to realize is that many adults like myself can ONLY wear junior sizes. It is hard enough to find cothes that fit as it is, that we don't need people like this making it harder based upon their own personal opinions and theories.
What this person offers is opinion and is not backed up by studies, statistics, etc. Besides that, what minors wear is up to their parents, not the companies, who just sell sizes for whoever wants to buy them.
Should I be descriminated against because I am small? I am an adult and deserve the same rights as any other. Why should I be forced to buy "modest" one-peice bathings suits and not be able to keep up with the fashions that are popular, merely because I am a size 0 and some people think that my size should not be available because some minors may decide to wear them and get pregnant because of it? It is rediculous, arrogant, offensive and bigoted.
It does not make sense anyway, because through out history people wore very conservative clothing and there were still lots of teen pregnancy, adultery, fornication, etc. Where do you think convents came from?
Besides that, many young girls are very tall or large and can wear "adult" sizes. Does this mean that we should stop selling fashionable clothing to adults too? I am sure this person would have it so. Children emulate what they see on tv, the styles that are set by adults. Why not go all the way and cut out freedom all together to make a portion of the population happy?

Juniors swimwear — swimwear for young teens, preteens, and younger has gotten sexier and sexier as the years have gone by. Juniors swimwear should not be sexy. Juniors should not even be thinking about sex let alone eliciting because of what they are wearing.
Yes, kids all seem to want to grow up too fast, but the fashion industry should not help them do it. The fashion industry is taking it too extremes when it comes to juniors swimwear. Already, with other juniors fashion, the fashion industry is simply making adult style clothing in smaller sizes. Now they are doing the same with juniors swimwear.
It is as though the fashion industry has gotten lazy and they can no longer take the time to design clothing and swimsuits specifically for juniors, so they simply take their adult designs and shrink them. This is not right. Especially when adult fashion has become very tight, sexy, and revealing over the years.
Juniors swimwear should not include sexy little string bikinis. Yes, bikinis are fine, and very adorable on very young kids kids that do not yet know what puberty is. But any juniors swimwear line should not include string bikinis. And although it is rare, I have even seen a thong bikini in the juniors swimwear section! Girls of younger and younger ages are starting to wear thong underwear because their mothers do not want their girls to have underwear lines (gasp!), but thong bikinis is just too much. Juniors swimwear should most definitely not include thong bikinis!
What is wrong with one-pieces, anyhow? One piece bathing suits can be very cute and stylish, and for young ones who are running around, they are much more comfortable and stay in place better than bikinis. Bikinis are acceptable pieces of juniors swimwear, but only certain kinds none that scoop to low or are cut to high. A really great piece of juniors swimwear is the tankini. The tankini is a suit that you and your junior can agree on it is a two-piece, just like your junior wants, and it is fairly modest, just like how you want it.
Do not support the industry and buy sexy juniors swimwear. It is just not right. Juniors swimwear should be comfortable and modest.
