They're the toughest comapny actually. They're using visitor checkout which allows charge card theif use of store on ecommerce site with out a paypal account. Their program may be the toughest I've ever seen. They've their customers purchasing merchandise of others site and when the customers gets the item. The customers challenge the charge card chages using the charge card business. Paypal do not actually protect the vendors. Which kind of organization is that this?
