I purchased an espresso grinder for $239 and paid by PayPal. No shipment arrived, she refused to answer emails and PayPal was unable to recover the funds from her account. She failed to respond to their request for tracking information and also failed to respond to eBay's dispute resolution system, SquareTrade.com. I started emailing her eBay bidders and buyers to warn them of possible fraud after nearly four weeks of no response. She has now responded to my emails but she continued to claim that she shipped the item and that a refund was placed in my PayPal account. After nearly a week of yanking my chain she claimed that the items was shipped to the wrong customer and that I would have my refund "as soon as more checks come in and the PayPal account is taken off of hold status".
I have been in direct contact with three other buyers who have received incorrect merchandise or no merchandise from this seller and this far none have had their issues resolved.
