Verizon
Billing Rep Hung Up Twice After 45 Minutes on Hold

I called bunch of time. Bad customer service. After waiting thru 45 minutes to talk to a billing rep. She hung up on me. This happen twice. I would not recommend FiOS to nobody. They service really stinks
