I ordered on-line a RAYBAN sunglass last August 16. Then after 3 days, they emailed on August 19 that the item is backordered and still waiting for stocks to arrive from ITALY. Anyway, we called to change the item into one that is readily available. I checked with them last August 20 and was told that they will call me back within one hour. No call came. And so, this morning we chaeked with them and we were told it will be shipped today. The abuse came when i was picking up the forwarded call, i overheard bad words... And when i asked who the person on the other line is, she said cristina — while conversing and i told her that i will file a complaint, she said go ahead! And i asked her for her surname she said "are you crazy?" — i believe she has no right to call me crazy — she said go ahead file a complaint this is america... She refered me to a certain nancy who also claims to be maria — the supervisor she said cannot touch on the matter...
