This company took my $99 and claims their program could tell if I would be eligible for a loan modification. They claim that somebody can be denied for a loan modification if their income was off by $10. Guess what? My lender denied me and specifically told me there is no such thing that could predict success. Don't waste your time, just go directly to your lender or just hand them the keys. After doing some research I found out that the brains behind the operation has a history of slimy subprime mortgage practices. Suprise!!
