We used Guy Smith Heating and Cooling to replace our heating and air condition unit just a few days ago. Not knowing much about the heating and air conditioning business, we asked them to come out and check out our air conditioner. They found it to be a fire hazard and showed us why... When we had several questions Mr. Smith was willing to talk with us and answer all of our questions, taking up a lot of his time. He never made us feel like we were just another job.
All the work was done on time, in a very professional manner... His service personnel were pleasant and professional. Our air conditioner is working great... Thank you so much Mr Smith. This is a great company and I would highly recommend them...
