I hired Robb & Stucky to do the floors in my townhouse. The designer took the time to select a tile and I was very excited about seeing the work done. The company Robb & Stucky hired to do the job was the worst. They wanted to dump sand in the street where there was drainage. I found out latter that it was against the law to do so. They wanted me to authorize this procedure. Luckly the contractors where I live told them this was improper. The tiles in the house are not level. The tile in the bathroom is one height while the tiles in the living room is another height. The tiles put on the floor were not thought out. There is patterns in the tile showing a poor job. Dust was all over the place. The company did nothing to prevent this from happening. My belongings was in the garage and the company used the garage without covering my belongings. Dust went all over the place. Also, they never completed the job. The carpet people told me that the tile people had to finish the tiling. No one ever finished the tile work. The refrigerator was jammed into position and damaged the cabinets above. I expected better from Robb & Stucky. I will not be using Robb & Stucky anymore. I have been very upset.
Next time get better installers.
