Human error was made 7 years ago when att took down over the phone my physical address so now they wont let fedex deliver to correct address

I had to go into town to pickup a home delivery because of att stupidity. ATT wont let fedex change address to correct one and make delivery even though the address they have down dosent even exist. That will be the last order they recieve from us entire family on plan. We can get our phone supplies from oyher companies that arent inept.
