Sent me a defective product and took a payment out while I was waiting for a refund (update)

On Monday, July 27 I will be going to the local police station and filing a police report against the Bullet Express. I tired of not hearing from them, I sent your machine back in good faith with the prepaid shipping label you e-mailed me and they took a payment out while was in the process of getting a refund. I intend to sue the company to the fullest. I want my $82.85 plus the bounced check fees of $60.00 back. If this goes on any longer I will sue them for the maximum amount I can get in small claims court.

I am posting this as an update to usacomplaints.com.
These people are the lowest of the lowest and I intend collect every dime of what they owe me for the inconvience and the hassle and upset they put me through. It's wrong to prey on people on a fixed income or anyone. People trust them, that's obvious our first mistake.
If there is anybody out there that is even considering buying one of these things, don't! They take your money and runs with it.

We don't have a FedEx up here, so we have to take the packages to the postoffice and then FedEx picks them up and scans them. It has yet to be scanned and I mailed it last Tuesday. I think it was a fake label and now I have no proof. I'm so upset and I need that money back. They made 2 checks bounce by taking out that money from my account and I was charged $60.00 in fees.
Don't buy their product!!
