I received this product. I was charged $62.35 for shipping on 6/16/09. It broke 2 weeks later. It is unusable. I've e-mailed. I've called. I was told they were mailing me a return postage lable that I have yet to receive.in the meantime they charged me another payment. So, far I'm out $82.34. I'm on a fixed income, but thought a juicer would be nice and help me get healthier. Is there any place to report this and get my money back? They are not a member of the Better Business Bureau.
