I paid Estrela Marketing Solutions to do an email campaign for me and paid then $500.00 to send out 10,000 verified emails. They told me to send them a PDf file or html but then wanted a JPEG. They sent me a proof that looked terrible and I had to fight with them to get their graphic design department to rework it - which still was only " fair" resolution"
OUT OF 10,000 EMAILS THEY CLAIM THEY EMAILED OUT - I DID NOT GET ONE INQUIRY!!! This is statictically impossible and I doubt they even own an email list of 10,000 valid working emails. I have complained to them and they say they have no way to prove they sent out 10,000.00 emails.
This company refuses to prove they did what I paid for and accepts no responsibility for a email campagin with " ZERO" I REPEAT " ZERO " RESULTS!!! I would never reccommend this company to anyone and
am requesting a charge back on my credit card.
