First of all... This is NOT a competitor!

Estrela Marketing is a SCAM and do not and will not perform as they promise. They are fast to push you to sign an agreement. They have been thru this many times before and have experiences responding to these complaints which are clearly SCAMS which they are guilty of. A signed agreement is about as good as the paper it is written on when it comes to one party or the other being in DEFAULT of the Agreement.

Estrela took our money and as soon as the funds were cleared, the entire attitude changed. It was like a light switch turned on then off. They claimed to have emailed 225,000 targeted Customers 5 times for a total of 1,125, 000 emails. NOT 1 inquiring for our Product... This is statistically impossible. When asked for proof that emails were sent we were told that they will not and do not have to prove it. Got very defensive, disrespectful and told us..."We do not tell you how to run your business so don't tell us how to run ours" After the first email blast, I knew we made a mistake using them. Ken Pollack was very unprofessional, insulting and unwilling to give us ANY kind of assurances or proof that they were sending the emails as contracted.

We have our own website monitoring software and along with what they sent us, (which was a little off... Of course) we saw we were getting almost no response to our site and zero in inquiries. We still gave them 4 more email opportunities to get some kind of return... Nothing... Estrela (Ken) kept telling us is takes multiple emails to get the consumers attention. With that said, even though at this point, we knew we had been scammed, we hung in there in order to see if they would fulfill their Agreement with us. Again... Nothing. We emailed and spoke to Estrela and told them of their miserable failure to get the message to the targeted Consumer. The President/CEO was "too busy" to answer our complaint so Ken took it upon himself to do so in a insulting and unprofessional manner.

Very disrespectful, very unprofessional and all he ever did was try to tell us we don't understand how it works. I understand! It is their job to get the word to the targeted Customer. This is what they say they do. They DID NOTHING.

If you pay for something, you expect it to work, this is true if it is tangible or Services that were promised. If it does not work, then you shouldn't have to pay for it and (or) be compensated accordingly. Estrela took our money, banked it and waited to see if we were another one that would roll over and let them do it to others.

Bottom line is they failed to perform and have made no efforts to make this right. They know and we know, so BUYER BEWARE.
