Your company has taken a lot of my time to resolve the issue of me not wanting your publication.
I sent the invoice back marking it canceled. I thought that would be the end of it. I was surprised when you publication kept coming. I call and called, but never got a return call (never a live person). All your company is about is making a payment. First option on your voicemail and prominent on your web site. I was very happy when your Safety news letter stopped coming, and thought the matter was resolved
The next thing I know I get a call from Kim at United Credit and Collections in Owego, NY. She played only a small part of the recoding. Not the part where I was asking all the questions about if it will not continue after a trail. I was furious at what had happened. Kim did provide me with a direct phone number and that still never got me a return call. Even UC&C was not the best at following up on emailing me their address.
Last night I decided to look you up on the internet and found that Idaho has sued you and you did provide refunds. There also were a number of other site. I found usacomplaints.com and say your name. I tried call you this morning before I went to see a lawyer. If you would have responded to me we could have solved this. I hope you return the call from Ron Edwards to show you do work things out.
If I hear from you I will post it but for now the previous complaint as well as my results will speak volumes of your company. Collection and threats, Not a way to provide good customer service.
The money is not the issue and I will purse all option with my Attorney. He is looking forward to this situation as I have told him money is not the issue. I feel violated and will do as you say pursue every legal remedy in California as well as Pennsylvania to be whole.
Lets see if you step up to the plate, and do the proper thing. Oh wait your making money on people who do not have the resources to respond.
