In a follow-up to my last complaint, it seems that these so-called agents are more then happy to take your money, but as soon as they realize that you're onto their scam, they will not return calls or emails. I have sent in daily emails to [email protected] and have yet to receive a reply. I have also left daily voicemail messages with Ann-Marie Harrison and the Customer Service line and NO ONE has returned my call. I was actually able to speak with Ann-Marie on Monday and was point blank with her. I asked her where my father's money was and she said that all refunds go through the refund department which is only open on Saturdays starting at 10am. I asked what their number is and it's the regular number of 1-855-505-2220 ext 0. I asked why they are only open on Saturdays and her reply was that they don't get a lot of refund requests which is complete BS! Since that phone call, she hasn't returned a single one of my voicemails or emails. I find it funny that when you call and press "0" to speak with a customer service rep - they are ALWAYS experiencing "higher then normal call volumes" even at 6:30 am. I've tried using many different names when prompted, but I keep getting the same message. I've seen on the complaints board the name Robert Dennis as well - so I've tried calling him. My calls always go to voicemails. Does anyone have any other contacts besides Ann-Marie and Robert Dennis? Has anyone actually been able to speak with a live person after you state that you want a refund request? Ann-Marie said that refunds takes between 3-15 business days with again is BS because it's been over a month and nothing. I know that this whole thing is a scam, but I'm holding onto the hope that my dad will get his money back. I even came out and told Ann-Marie that her name is listed all over the internet as being a scam because she's told people that they will get their money back and no one does and she seemed surprised. Any suggestions anyone??
