I had a dog of hers that I was purchasing under a contract stating that she would get 2 puppies back. She was to be returned to Teresa when she went into heat to breed to one of her studs. I sent her after she had been in heat for 10 days. She said she was acting funny and took her to the vet to see if she might have heart worm. She said nothing about her weight or apperance. She claims the vet said she was under weight. When I got her she weighed around 6 lbs. She weighed her and said it was 5 lbs 15 oz. Claimed I starved her dog. She would not return her. 2 months later she had 4 live puppies. I am recieving nothing because she claims I starved her dog. I have a contract stating that I was to have her back. She sent me many nasty emails. I am not the first person she has done this too. There are a few other breeders she has taken dogs back and not followed her contract. One had a litter with one female pup (she requested 2 females for the contract). She died. Teresa wanted them to freeze the dead pup and return it to her. That is just nuts. She has many more dogs than are listed on her website. I would not suggest doing business with her even if you pay cash. Her contract for that is rediculous.
