Refuses to send papers for so called "registered" pup
I bought a puppy from this breeder over a year ago for $800. To this date she has not sent me his registration papers! After purchasinghim she agreed to mail the papers as she hadn't gotten them back from the AKC yet. A year later and several emails later and I still do not have them. ...
