I got a car back in feb an i got a call about the smart went out of buniess an this were i can make a payment. And they didnt give me a contact number

I had a car no tags an my car kept over heatn the people said when they sold me the car. That they had put some part on it. So that the Car work long enough to make a sale. Well need less to say that cost me a pretty penni. The thing I now I get a call couple month later say how many month I'm behide. I tells her I just got the car out the shop an there no tag on them an I have got couple of ticket an they are 600 hunderd an. An tells her smart move suppose to fix my car. She said ok I will talk to them. She never gave her name. A month later my car was gone an I can't find it they had to get but. I have no way of finding out.
