Do not buy the combo cargo rack / bike carrier from this company. This is the type that folds up. First of all, the product is overpriced, difficult to install and take off and makes a lot of racket when you're driving. Also, if you buy it from Smart Madness and you don't have a chance to get it on your vehicle right away (perhaps because you also bought the hitch from them and hadn't installed it yet, like me) you will not be able to return it. They will charge you a 20% "restocking" fee and only give you store credit. Here's the problem - the manager; claimed his name was Boris, says the "I have news for you, the customer is not always right". I had to repeatedly call for 3 weeks just to find out that they would not help me. Also, they use the drop-shipping method and didn't get the part to me for over a month. Save yourself the money and frustration, buy the 2 items separately - and DO NOT buy from Smart Madness!
