James Heaton - TBI COM Danial Parisi Telemarketing Scams From TBI Communication

Danial Parisi and his many telemarketing firms slam people. Hi last firm was Smartlink! It is registered here on rip off report.

He illegally changes your phone number under Nextgen communcations then calls you back pretending to be Verizon to win you back!

When he calls from Nextgen, he claims to be Nextgen Verizon and offers lower rates. People fall for this.

Then after they fall for it and find out the service is bad. He uses the same lead info to call you back again and sell you to verizon.

He represents for TBICOM. Http://tbicom.com / When they called me back, I was quoted a price that was lower than my first bill. When I called Josh, he was not there. The had changed its name according to Cameron because the original owner found out Dan was breaking Federal law by illegally slamming people. The person that sold me Nextgen was no longer there but I think his name was anthony.

I called Nextgen and they said that they terminated the relationship with Dan Parisi.

Dan Parisi ran Smartlink and now he runs Parisi something...

I called verizon and asked to be switched to another company and they refused. I told them I got lied to by Dan Parisi and TBICOM but they would not switch me.

If you have been illegally switched by Dan parisi and his illegal means contact the your local utility commission and file a complaint against Mr Parisi.
