Tbi comm hires bad agents whom slam you dan parisi

On June 1st I was slammed by TBICOM and Dan Parisi. We own a electric shop and I had to call Verizon up to cancel the order.

James Heaton called us claiming to wotk for Verizon.

He did not work for Verizon.

He worked for a Company called TBICOM. His boss is Dan Parisi

I talked to Dan about the order - TO CANCEL IT - and he said he was the owner! I contacted Verizon and they said the order was put in by TBICOM.

They call from Las Vegas. Plus they have a office in Chicago.

Dan Parisi said that the price from Verizon was low. It was not anylower than my current provider.infact, it was higher. James Heaton did not quote me the proper price for long distance - I ended up paying alot more per bill!
