Danial Parisi I believe is the main reason our firm was sued by Verizon. He slammed so many people that we requested him to record all calls. After he refused, we terminated his contract.
I have a long list of people he slammed at Purple Valley - which is now called Parisi Communications according to his former partner.
The kicker is he transfered all the people he slammed and actually made more money switching them to Verizon. I called and found out he now does business through TBI COM or TBI Communcations.
We are gathering a list to fight Verizon because of this.
Dan Parisi ran or owned or something - Smartlink with Jay Rathman. After Jay left Dan, Dan found a friend to help him set up the computers. Then Dan sold for us.
When things got bad we stopped the agreement.
I do know that we paid Dan Parisi about 50,000 dollars in commission to his personal Bank account.
I actually have all the wire reports. He then screwed us by transfering the customers to Verizon and he still owes us a ton of money for charge backs!
