Since October Franci Taylor, President & CEO of Jonathon-Stephans Design has written checks to pay employees that have NSF bank issues. On May 29, Franci Taylor issued a check for $ 4230.00 and has not made good on it, depite promises to local law enforcement and myself, an employee. This company also refuses to pay their employees, as of today I am owed over $ 27,000.00 in wages, commission, material reimbursement and mileage reimbursement. The owner of this company is using employee payroll to operate and maintain her business. The owner of this company is neglegant in the guidelines of the law.
