The marketing reps will give you wrong member numbers, and tech numbers leaving you with little to no way to contact anyone to get any kind of help.
After fishing for an hour on the internet to get the correct number, I discovered that the email that I was sent giving me instructions was incorrect.
After several hang-ups by customer service I finally was able to get the information to cancel my membership, but when I requested that the payments be stopped I received an email telling me that my member password had been changed... I didn't have one in the first place.
I will have to put a stop payment on the account at the bank costing me more money.
None of the information sent to me via email, or given to me by phone was true!
