Cell Phone Spam

For the last few months I have been paying for a service on my cell phone that I was not even aware I had. These people somehow sneak into your cell phone and you are subscribed for a service and pay monthly. ATT has tried to help and I have been reimbursed, however, I have to call each month to have them reimburse my account. Purchase Blocker has not worked for fly cell or open market.

I don't even have internet on my cell phone. I don't know how these companies manage to worm their way in and charge for a service that I did not ask or subscribe to. Fed up!
