I sign up SMCorp on Jun, 16,09. The total membership it's cost me $314.95 for Silver member. I don't have much money's to paid them one time, they told me, they will break it down, first they charge me $114.95, and $50.00 on every month after that. OK when they advertise on the web, it's said FREE Website, but when I call to sign up, yes, they say it FREE website, I can make money right away as soon as my website it set up.
Almost two week... Two week, I receive my kit from SMC. The first thing I call Customer service, they ask me, did I call the Coach yet, I told them not yet, they told to call the coach, ok I call the coach, ask about my FREE website, first he told me, I have small website, I said, what's it mean small. He say the small website is only upload one catalog, I ask which catalog they upload on my web, he say it call BigValue catalog, In the kit I receive has 6 catalog, only one catalog has more product in it, that catalog call world product and other 5 is not much product in it.
The next day I receive a letter from e Merchant Club, in the letter it's said. When the customer want to buy product on my web, they must purchase a Gift Card, and then to purchase products. I'm so piss, I pick up the phone, call SMC to cancel my membership. They said I have to send the kit back before Jul. 16.09. I send the kit back on Jul. 14.09 by Fedex for two delivery. On the July. 16.09 they receive my kit at 1.47pm, I call SMC talk to lady name Madeleine, to make sure they receive the kit, she check, and she told my yes they just receive it. She told me ok they will cancel my account.
Today I check my balance account SMC still charge $50.00, I call them, why? I already cancel my membership, but still took my moneys, she told me they just receive the kit today... Jul. 18.09. They will refund my moneys 7 to 10 business day. The total they charge me $164.95, she say I will get back $149.95...$15.00 for handling and shipping. I just want any body out there don't let SMC fool you. Don't be a Victim like us
